本组17例(18眼),其中磁性异物14眼,非磁性异物4眼.经伤口修补、球内异物摘除、晶体囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入,裸眼视力>0.5者为66.7%,文中指出,皮质去除以冲洗为主,灌吸为辅,植入人工晶体时应使下襻与晶体下缘避开后囊破口,以防止后囊伤口扩大.本文并对人工晶体植入手法进行了讨论.术后5-氟脲嘧啶及激素球结膜下注射可抑制纤维母细胞增殖,预防人工晶体前膜形成,从而减少了术后并发症.
