The detection of solar neutrinos, cosmic dark matter and rare particles is an important international research topic. In the experiment, the radioactivity produced by the detector material and 40K and U, Th series radionuclides present in the shielding material of the detector seriously affected the measurement of neutrinos and dark matter. This work first used accelerator mass spectrometry to measure the content of 40K in the neutron detector material (CsI and liquid scintillator)
