9月15日上午,本刊编辑部举行座谈会,就本刊自今年第10期起实施改版的指导思想和改版方案征求读者意见。来自图书出版发行部门、批销单位、图书馆以及二渠道的部分读者应邀参加了座谈会。本刊主办单位、新闻出版署信息中心主任顾永高出席了座谈会。会上,本刊执行主编杨文增就本刊48年的历程作了简要回顾之后,介绍了改版思路和方案。他说,这次改版主要是调整本刊的内容结构,使之趋于合理并适应本刊的市场定位。他说,作为国内唯一的书目刊物,本刊改版后以报道图书出版信息为主,这是“性质定位”;作为信息刊物,本刊以图书的出版、发行、销售、购买人群为主要读者对象,这是“读者定位”;本刊立足书目,同时做好书目的延伸服务(包括新书导读和书情评论),这是“内容定位”;本刊信息容量大,追求服务实用,拒绝空洞冗长,这是“风格定位”。

He said that as the only bibliographic publication in our country, after the revision of this magazine, we mainly reported on the publication of books, which is “nature orientation”.
