本文应用回归正交设计,与分光光度法结合,测定多个波长下的吸光度,得到吸光度与待测组分的浓度之间的回归方程组。将同样条件下测得的各波长下试样的吸光度值代入回归方程组求解,即可求得各待测组分在试样中的含量。应用这种方法,测定了五个稀土铝合金标准样中的镧、铈、钋和钕等四个主要稀土组分的含量,结果表明本方法是有效而可靠的。其相对标准偏差不超过8.6%。从而实现了用光度法在铝合金中同时测定四种主要稀土组分的目的。
