Reiter 氏综合征(以下简称 RS)又称关节炎、尿道炎、结膜炎三联征,迄今国内报道不多。现将长期误诊二例报告如下,并结合文献复习进行讨论。例1:另,33岁,住院号6979。因多关节肿痛7天于1982年6月17日入院。患者于当月2日患“肠炎”,每日水样便4～5次,服痢特灵3天后症状缓解。6月10日开始双踝、右腕及左肩关节相继肿痛,遂入院治疗。既往史:1975～1977每年8、9月间患“菌痢”后 Reiter’s syndrome (hereinafter referred to as RS), also known as arthritis, urethritis, conjunctivitis triad, so far not many reports.
