介绍了~(99m)Tc在Sn-α-D-葡萄糖-1-磷酸盐(Sn-GP)的参与下标记人红血细胞(RBCs)的新方法和16位正常志愿者做脾显像的实验结果.此法的特点是把细胞的标记和热处理合并为一个步骤,以便在最短的时间内获得显像效果.作者同时比较了GP与PYP(Sn-焦磷酸盐)两种方法的标记效率,结果表明,按照Sn-GP方法用~(99m)Tc标记RBCs可达到高标记率(95.5±1.5%),而在相同条件下用Sn-PYP方法的标记率较低,并且产率变化幅度相对大(61.5±25.0%)
