目的探讨复合乳酸菌胶囊预防小儿肺炎继发腹泻的疗效。方法肺炎患儿285例,分预防组对照组,两组均给予抗生素及对症支持治疗,其中预防组在治疗的同时加用复合乳酸菌胶囊。然后对两组继发腹泻的发病率、疗效、腹泻总疗程以及止泻时间进行统计分析。结果预防组小儿肺炎继发腹泻的止泻时间,腹泻总疗程明显短于对照组。结论复合乳酸菌胶囊能降低小儿肺炎继发腹泻的发病率及缩短病程,应用具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound lactobacillus capsules in preventing secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia. Methods 285 children with pneumonia were divided into prevention group and control group. Antibiotics and symptomatic supportive therapy were given in both groups, and the combination group was treated with compound lactic acid bacteria capsule. Then, the incidence of secondary diarrhea, curative effect, total course of diarrhea and diarrhea time were statistically analyzed. Results In the prevention group, the diarrhea time and the total course of diarrhea in children with secondary pneumonia were significantly shorter than those in the control group. Conclusions Lactobacillus capsule can reduce the incidence of secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia and shorten the course of disease, the application has a positive clinical significance.
