目的:初步调查靖江市城区学龄儿童感觉统合失调的发生率,分析家庭环境因素对感觉统合能力的影响。方法:用儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表和自行设计的生长发育及家庭环境因素调查表对市区2所小学593名儿童进行抽样调查。结果:593名儿童感觉统合失调率为31.5%(187/593),其中轻度失调率为22.6%(134/593),重度失调率为8.9%(53/593),男童和女童感觉统合失调率分别为35.4%(102/288)和27.9%(85/305),男童高于女童(χ2=3.909,P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,影响学龄儿童感觉统合能力的主要因素有性别、出生史、喂养史、1周岁前好动情况、父母文化程度、亲戚家小孩好动、父母幼时好动情况、伙伴关系、学习成绩、完成作业情况、家庭气氛。结论:感觉统合失调是多种因素包括行为、学校、家庭环境等方面相互作用的结果,有必要提高家长、老师对该病的认识,及早进行筛查和干预。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of sensory integration disorder in school-age children in Jingjiang city and analyze the influence of family environment factors on sensory integration ability. Methods: A sample survey was conducted on 593 children from 2 primary schools in urban area by using questionnaire of children’s sensory integration development scale and self-designed questionnaire of growth and development and family environment. Results: Among 593 children, sensory integration dysfunction rate was 31.5% (187/593), of which mild dysfunction rate was 22.6% (134/593), severe dysfunction rate was 8.9% (53/593), sensory integration between boys and girls Disorders were 35.4% (102/288) and 27.9% (85/305), respectively, and boys were higher than girls (χ2 = 3.909, P <0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the sensory integration ability of school-age children were gender, birth history, feeding history, motility situation before the first year, parents ’educational level, relatives and children’s motivation, parents’ motivation, partnership , Academic performance, completion of homework, family atmosphere. Conclusion: The sensory integration disorder is the result of many factors including behavioral, school and family environment interaction. It is necessary to raise the awareness of parents and teachers about the disease and to carry out screening and intervention as soon as possible.
