探讨Bax蛋白和Fas抗原表达与胆系癌临床病理特征和生物学行为的关系及意义。方法应用ABC免疫组化法研究胆系癌组织中Bax蛋白和Fas抗原表达及其特征。结果胆囊癌和胆管癌Bax蛋白阳性率分别为55%和50%,Fas抗原阳性率分别为60%和61.9%;低分化或未分化及伴转移的胆系癌Bax蛋白和Fas抗原阳性率明显高于高分化和未转移胆系癌。结论Bax蛋白和Fas抗原表达与胆系癌临床病理特征及生物学行为有密切关系。
To explore the relationship between the expression of Bax protein and Fas antigen and the clinicopathological features and biological behavior of biliary carcinoma. Methods ABC immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression and characteristics of Bax protein and Fas antigen in biliary carcinoma. Results The positive rate of Bax protein in gallbladder carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma were 55% and 50% respectively, and the positive rate of Fas antigen was 60% and 61.9% respectively. Positive and negative Bax protein and Fas antigen were detected in poorly differentiated or undifferentiated and metastatic biliary carcinoma. The rate was significantly higher than those with well-differentiated and non-metastatic biliary carcinoma. Conclusion The expression of Bax protein and Fas antigen is closely related to the clinicopathological features and biological behavior of biliary carcinoma.
