介绍了某电厂采用少油枪点火方式启动锅炉,引发磨煤机跳闸且不能立即启动、逻辑信号消失,重投磨煤机后出现汽机、发电机联锁动作跳闸,导致锅炉MFT动作停机。经分析得知,少油油枪投运与磨煤机启动逻辑存在问题;首支油枪点火推迟原逻辑和任一油燃烧器投运信号逻辑存在缺陷等等。原有保护逻辑不能满足系统的要求,经过分析协商对相关的原逻辑进行改进和完善,实现了保护全程投入。
The introduction of a power plant using a small oil gun firing to start the boiler, causing the mill to trip and can not be started immediately, the logic signal disappears. The analysis shows that there is a problem with the operation of fewer oil guns and the start-up logic of the coal pulverizer. The logic of the first oil gun when the original logic is ignited and the signal of any oil burner put into operation are defective. The original protection logic can not meet the requirements of the system. After analysis and negotiation, the relevant original logic is improved and perfected, and the whole process of protection is realized.
