农村高血压病患病率近年来居高不下，由于治疗不及时，预防措施不得力，成为严重危害人群健康的病种。许多患者在自然病程内失去了自主生活能力，生活质量下降，寿命缩短。这样一个防治措施比较清晰的病种，为何在农村地区会出现高患病率？由此笔者对本镇范围内的371名高血压病患者的防治认知行为进行了调查分析，以便为今后高血压病的防治工作提出明确指导。现将结果报告如下：
