近年来,在“一带一路”战略背景下,随着中国高铁走出去步伐的加快。2016年底,全国高速铁路营业里程已经达2.2万公里以上,截止到2016年初,中国至少与20多个国家进行了高铁合作或者谈判。走出去的高铁,从宏观意义上而言,是对中国在国际社会上国家形象方面强有力的塑造。本文主要通过对中国高铁走出去事实的梳理,结合典型案例,从多角度探究与分析其在中国国家形象塑造方面所发挥的作用,并运用新闻报道与传播的视角对其中的不足进行总结与反思。
In recent years, under the strategic belt of “One Belt One Road”, with the acceleration of China’s high-speed rail going out. By the end of 2016, the operating mileage of high-speed railway nationwide had reached more than 22,000 kilometers. By the beginning of 2016, China had conducted high-speed rail cooperation or negotiation with at least 20 countries. In the macro sense, the high-speed rail going out is a powerful shaping of China’s national image in the international community. This paper mainly analyzes the fact that China’s high-speed rail is going out, combined with typical cases, explores and analyzes its role in the shaping of China’s national image from multiple perspectives, and summarizes and reflects on the deficiencies through the use of the news coverage and communication perspective .
