反射性无尿临床少见。我院自1981～1985年共收治行逆行尿路造影术致反射性无尿3例,现报告于下。病例报告例1 女,58岁。因血尿2年伴尿痛反复检查未能确诊而行逆行尿路造影术,术前检查血BUN及肌酐正常。术中双侧输尿管导管插入均为24cm, Reflective anuria is rare.
