以芒果甙为指标，用转篮法在不同条件下测定芒果止咳片体外溶出率，经方差分析表明，同一批号样品在不同条件下的溶出速率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），溶出速率与转速无显著相关性（Ｐ＜０．０１）
Mango wolfberry was used as an index to determine the in vitro dissolution rate of Mango Zhike Tablets under different conditions using a basket method. Analysis of variance showed that the dissolution rate of the same lot sample under different conditions was significantly different (P<0.01). No significant correlation between speed and speed (P<0.01)
