淮河流域的河道防洪标准一般较低,遇较大洪水时,湖泊洼地即行滞洪,甚至河道堤防漫溢决口。建国以来,各地兴建了大量水库、闸坝、蓄洪区等工程,改变了水流的自然条件。因此,实测洪水资料不能反映天然情况,为满足规划工作需要,除影响不大者外,均需进行洪水还原计算。现将淮河流域洪水资料还原计算的几种情况和方法,简介如下。
Huaihe River Basin flood control standards are generally lower, in case of larger floods, the lake depression that line detention, and even flooded river embankment burst. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a large number of projects such as reservoirs, sluices and flood storage areas have been built around the country, changing the natural conditions of water flow. Therefore, the measured flood data can not reflect the natural situation. In order to meet the needs of planning work, the flood reduction calculation is required except for those with little influence. Now the Huaihe River Basin flood data reduction calculation of several cases and methods, described below.
