研究了Ni-Cr-B-Si合金粉末等离子喷涂层的高温滑动磨损特性,并与5CrNiMo钢进行对比.结果表明,由于磨损机制不同,在相同温度下涂层的磨损率比5CrNiMo钢低得多.涂层的磨损机制在500~550℃之间主要为塑性变形,550℃以上则表现为粘着磨损和硬质相脱落
The high temperature sliding wear properties of Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy plasma sprayed coatings were studied and compared with 5CrNiMo steel. The results show that the wear rate of the coating is much lower than that of 5CrNiMo steel at the same temperature due to the different wear mechanisms. The wear mechanism of the coating is mainly plastic deformation between 500 ~ 550 ℃, adhesion wear and hard phase shedding appear above 550 ℃
