采用生化自动分析仪酶动力学检测了30例正常生育男子及160例男性不育症患者的精浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、天门冬氨酸转氡酶(AST)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)活性。结果表明:正常生育组LDH 1905.0±762.2 IU/L,α-HBDH 3430.0±2287.9 IU/L,AST 619.2±130.6 IU/L,CPK 725.3±347.5 IU/L;男性不育症中无精子组LDH、α-HBDH、AST 活性与正常对照组相比有极显著减低(P<0.001);精子活动力差组(Ⅰ级)CPK 含量明显增高(P<0.01);不液化组AST 活力显著减低(P<0.001);前列腺炎组CPK 含量降低(0.05>P>0.01)。精浆中LDH、α-HBDH 活力与精子密度呈完全正相关(P<0.001);CPK 活性与精子成活率呈负相关(P<0.05)。
Seminal plasma lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH), aspartate aminotransferase (Asp) were detected in 30 normal fertile men and 160 male infertile patients by enzyme kinetics of biochemical analyzer. Alanine transradase (AST), creatine phosphokinase (CPK) activity. The results showed that LDH 1905.0 ± 762.2 IU / L, α-HBDH 3430.0 ± 2287.9 IU / L, AST 619.2 ± 130.6 IU / L, CPK 725.3 ± 347.5 IU / L in normal fertility group, α-HBDH and AST decreased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.001); CPK content in the poor sperm motility group (Ⅰ level) was significantly increased (P <0.01) <0.001). The content of CPK in prostatitis group decreased (P> 0.05). Seminal plasma LDH, α-HBDH activity and sperm density was positively correlated (P <0.001); CPK activity and sperm survival rate was negatively correlated (P <0.05).
