模具设计与制造中并行工程的应用分析

我国正在向着全球化发展,这就要求我们各大企业必须具备自己的创新能力,对于产品开发以及产品质量的提高有更高的要求,还要做到一切节约,符合各方面的要求。但是,当今社会大部分企业采用的串行工程,所能达到的效果并不是很理想,所以,接着出现的并行工程思想就是为了解决现存的一些问题而提出的。我们所说的并行工程实际上也就是集成地、并行地设计我们所需要的产品以及其零部件,还有就是与之相关的各种过程的一种系统的方法。并行工程在产品开发以及制作等环节都需要所有相关职员一起工作,而且并行工程在产品设计开始时就把各种因素都考虑进去了,也考虑到了需要符合的各种要求。本文围绕模具设计与制造过程中的并行工程应用进行探讨分析,希望与大家共同学习分享这方面的内容。 Our country is developing toward globalization. This requires that all our major enterprises must possess their own innovative ability, and have higher requirements for product development and improvement of product quality. All the savings and compliance with all requirements must be met. However, the serial engineering adopted by most enterprises in today’s society can not achieve the desired result. Therefore, the parallel engineering idea that emerged next is to solve some existing problems. What we call parallel engineering is actually a systematic approach to designing the products we need and the parts and components they need in an integrated and parallel manner and the processes that are related to them. Concurrent projects require the involvement of all relevant staff in product development and production processes, and concurrent engineering takes into account various factors at the beginning of the product design as well as the various requirements that need to be met. This article focuses on the mold design and manufacturing process of concurrent engineering application analysis and analysis, I hope we learn to share with you in this area.
