一、复合切边和校正概述模锻件在切边后大多均有不同程度的变形,变形严重的就必须进行校正。每个工厂根据自己的设备条件和技术要求,在切边后可以再放入终锻模膛中热校正一下;也可以在另一台锤或压床的校正模中校正;还可以最后在专用校正锤或压床上进行冷校正。为了提高劳动生产率,省去单独的校正工序,国内外已有一些工厂采用了切边和校正的复合工艺。实践证明这是提高劳动生产率的简单而又有效的
