我国西北地区对外开放水平相对落后。通过从经济开放和社会开放两个方面比较西北五省的对外开放水平和全国的对外开放水平,可以看出西北地区与全国水平相比之下,在各个方面都存在着明显的差距。因此,提出进一步扩大对外开放的对策建议。 The level of opening up in the northwest of our country is relatively backward.
