为了探究沥青路面回收料(RAP)掺量对级配碎石基层弹性模量及渗透性的影响及其作用机理,该文采用三轴重复加载试验,分别测定不同RAP含量试件的回弹模量,并通过常水头渗透试验测定各RAP含量试件的渗透系数。在此基础上,利用X射线计算机层析成像技术(X-ray CT)分别研究了RAP含量为0~80%试件的内部结构。结果表明:随着RAP比例的增加,弹性模量也随之增加,而渗透率系数随之减小。通过对试件微观分析发现,含RAP的试件比无RAP级配碎石试件空隙率要低,这可能是导致前者有更高的弹性模量和较低的渗透率的原因之一。
In order to investigate the effect of RAP content on the elastic modulus and permeability of grading crushed stone base and the mechanism of action, three-axis repeated loading test was used to measure the elastic modulus And the permeability coefficient of each RAP content specimen was measured by the constant head penetration test. On this basis, X-ray computed tomography (X-ray CT) was used to study the internal structure of specimens with RAP content from 0 to 80%. The results show that with the increase of RAP ratio, the elastic modulus increases and the permeability coefficient decreases. Through the microscopic analysis of the specimens, it is found that the porosity of the RAP-containing specimens is lower than that of the RAP-free graded specimens, which may be one of the reasons that the former has higher elastic modulus and lower permeability.
