一、引言为垦务局挡水坝所开展的溢洪道设计,针对范围广泛的流量,并适用于多种多样的地形和地质条件。在水力学模型试验发展中取得相当大的进步,促使该局对溢洪道及其附属的消能设施的设计,特别是如消力塘静水池这样的消能工,已能取得进展。本文讨论溢洪道的设计,并对几座最近已建成或正在兴建的溢洪道,在选择和设计中所采用的若干因素及准则予以描述。选定的溢洪道型式,计有溢洪隧洞、自由溢流跌水,孔口以及陡槽等。
I. INTRODUCTION Spillway design for the Reclamation Bureau retaining dam is aimed at a wide range of flows and is applicable to a wide range of topographical and geological conditions. Considerable progress has been made in the development of hydraulic model tests, prompting the council to make progress in the design of spillways and their ancillary energy-dissipating facilities, especially energy dissipaters such as stilling ponds. This article discusses the design of spillways and describes some of the factors and criteria used in the selection and design of several spillways that have recently been built or are under construction. Selected spillway types, including spillway tunnels, freefalls and falls, orifices and chutes.
