呋喃苯胺酸(速尿)是一有机弱酸,不溶于水,其注射液为钠盐的灭菌水溶液。虽然文献明确指出它不宜与葡萄糖注射液配伍使用,但在临床上仍多将它与葡萄糖注射液配伍作静脉滴注,用于各种原因引起的水肿、急性肺水肿及加速中毒患者的毒物排泄。国内对速尿注射液与葡萄糖注射液的配伍也作了报导,当葡萄糖注射液pH<4.00,加入速尿注射液会析出沉淀,所用葡萄糖注射液pH≥4.00方为安全,但这在实际工作中很难保证,因此认为速尿注射液不宜与葡萄注射液单一配伍。而用0.9%氯化钠注射液作稀释剂有一定的局限(肾脏病及心力衰褐病人忌用,肺炎及水肿病人慎用),葡萄糖注射液在临床上应用广泛,为解决其不能单一与速尿注射液配伍的问题,笔者作了速尿注射液与V.C注射液、葡萄糖注射液的配伍实验,结果报导如下:
