本文对20、18CrMnTi、GCr15和W18Cr4V等钢种进行渗碳和碳氮共渗的化学热处理,并用x射线逐层测定渗层的残余应力,研究了渗层中残余应力的分布及其与热处理工艺的关系,得出了一些应力分布的规律及有用的结论。
