水中微量锌常列为水质监测项目之一。测定方法目前常用比浊法和双硫腙比色法。双硫腙法对样品、试剂和仪器等条件要求较严格,测定方法不易掌握。亚铁氰化钾比浊法的重现性差或标准系列的浊度差别不明显。为此,我们进行了比浊法的一些条件试验,克服了上述弱点,灵敏度可与双硫腙比色法相当,且较易于掌握。含微量铜少量铁的水样适用此法。
Water, trace zinc often listed as one of the water quality monitoring project. Determination methods commonly used turbidimetry and dithizone colorimetry. Dithizone method on the samples, reagents and equipment and other conditions require more stringent, determination method is not easy to grasp. The poor reproducibility of potassium ferrocyanide turbidimetry or standard series of turbidity difference is not obvious. To this end, we carried out some turbidimetric conditions test to overcome the above weaknesses, sensitivity and dithizone colorimetric equivalent, and easier to grasp. A small amount of copper with a trace of water samples applicable to this method.
