本科生教育本质上是一种创新教育,本科生的创新素质应该包括好奇心和兴趣、直觉和洞察力、勤奋刻苦和集中注意力、人文素质等。针对本科生创新教育的问题,以导师的研究项目为依托,对电子信息类专业本科生创新素质的培养进行了探索与实践。参与创新型培养团队的本科生从大一入学开始进行选拔,在自愿、自觉的原则下,组成电子信息类大学生创新团队。团队围绕“多光谱环境检测仪器”、“超声衍射波检测技术”、“室内光无线通信技术”项目为研究方向,团队成员自主学习、集中培训、以研带学、协作攻关,努力走出一条本科生培养的创新之路。
Undergraduate education is essentially an innovative education. The innovative qualities of undergraduates should include curiosity and interest, intuition and insight, diligence and attention, and humanistic quality. Aiming at the problem of undergraduate innovation education, this dissertation explores and practices the cultivation of innovative qualities of undergraduates majoring in electronic information based on the research projects of tutors. Undergraduates participating in the innovative training team are selected from Freshman Admissions and under the voluntary and conscientious principle, they form an innovation team for college students of electronic information. Team around the “multi-spectral environment detection equipment ”, “ultrasonic diffraction wave detection technology ”, “indoor optical wireless communication technology ” project as the research direction, team members to learn independently, focus on training, to study with, collaboration Tackle key problems and strive to get out of a path of innovation cultivated by undergraduates.
