【目的】对原生地为云南半湿润半干燥生态型的甘蔗细茎野生种血缘F1代创新种质材料进行分类,为有针对性利用这些创新种质材料提供科学依据。【方法】对20个甘蔗细茎野生种血缘F1代创新种质材料的9个性状进行调查,采用集对分析同一度的综合评价方法进行分类。【结果】20个参试甘蔗材料被分为10个类型:Ⅰ类包括8个材料,综合表现较好,占参试材料总数的40%;Ⅱ类包括1个材料,分蘖力、宿根性特强、低锤度;Ⅲ类包括两个材料,有效茎数多、特高产、中等锤度;Ⅳ类包括1个材料,高产、高锤度;Ⅴ类包括两个材料,分蘖差、低产、中等锤度;Ⅵ类包括1个材料,茎细、低产、中等锤度;Ⅶ类包括1个材料,茎特细、低产、高锤度,枯心苗率为0,可能抗旱或抗螟虫;Ⅷ类包括两个材料,大茎、高产、高锤度;Ⅸ类包括1个材料,茎细、高产、高锤度;Ⅹ类包括1个材料,茎细、低产、高锤度。【结论】各类甘蔗创新种质材料均表现出良好的分蘖力、宿根性和较多的有效茎数,且各有特点。有针对性地利用不同类型甘蔗种质材料,可培育出各具特色的创新亲本材料,从而丰富中国甘蔗育种的遗传基础。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to classify the F1 germplasm originating from F1 wild progenies of semi-humid and semi-dry ecotypes of sugarcane in Yunnan Province, and to provide a scientific basis for targeted utilization of these germplasm materials. 【Method】 Nine traits of F1 germplasm accessions of 20 wild stem species of sugarcane were investigated and classified by the comprehensive evaluation method of set pair analysis. 【Result】 The results showed that the 20 tested sugarcane materials were divided into 10 types: Ⅰ class consisted of 8 materials, the comprehensive performance was good, accounting for 40% of the total tested materials; Ⅱ class included 1 material, tillering ability, Class Ⅲ includes two materials, effective stem number, extra high yield, medium brix; Ⅳ includes 1 material, high yield, high birefringence; Ⅴ class includes two materials, poor tillering, low yield, Medium brix; Class Ⅵ includes 1 material, stem fine, low yield, medium brix; Ⅶ class includes 1 material, stems extra fine, low yield, high brix, Ⅷ category includes two materials, large stem, high yield, high degree of bite; Ⅸ category includes a material stem thin, high yield, high brix; Ⅹ class includes a material stem thin, low yield, high birefringence. 【Conclusion】 All varieties of sugarcane germplasm showed good tillering ability, perennial rhizome and more effective stalks, each with its own characteristics. Targeted use of different types of sugarcane germplasm materials can breed innovative parental materials with unique characteristics to enrich the genetic basis of sugarcane breeding in China.
