对大鼠创伤模型进行组织学的观察.研究甘氨酰组氨酰赖氨酸三肽与铜的络合物(GHL-Cu)对创伤愈合的影响。结果表明GHL-Cu能促使大鼠创面向芽组织的形成.上皮细胞的生长和分化.加快伤口愈合.为阐明GHL-Cu促使创面愈合的机理提供一些有用的资料。
Histological observation of the rat trauma model. The effect of glycylhistidyl lysine tripeptide and copper complex (GHL-Cu) on wound healing was investigated. The results show that GHL-Cu can promote rat wounds to bud tissue formation. Epithelial cell growth and differentiation. Accelerate wound healing. To clarify the mechanism of GHL-Cu to promote wound healing to provide some useful information.
