目的:明确护士护理工作实践与自我感知的主要影响因素和同情疲乏的发生发展关键,目的是如何提高护理人员的职业满意度。方法:通过11例各专业注册护士的半封闭式访谈,运用扎根理论分析归纳,提炼影响护士满意度的核心影响因素和导致同情疲劳的关键促进因子。结果:运用扎根理论得出以下结论:现阶段护士所承担的多重角色已经使其不堪重负。自我感知、自我调整、自我认同与经济经济回馈的良性发展是提高自身职业满意度和避免同情疲乏的关键作用点。要避免自身难以从工作中抽离,也需要平衡家庭与工作。结论:上述访谈形成结果支持认为现今护士亟需减压,这样的结果也为今后护理职业教育和护理管理提供了事实的依据。最终目的是提高护患关系的和谐。
OBJECTIVE: To clarify the key influencing factors of nursing practice and self-perception and the key to the occurrence and development of sympathetic fatigue. The purpose is to improve the occupational satisfaction of nurses. Methods: Based on the semi-closed interviews with 11 registered nurses, the author analyzed and summarized the core influencing factors of nurses satisfaction and the key factors that contributed to the sympathetic fatigue through grounded theory. Results: The grounded theory concludes that the multiple roles assumed by nurses have rendered them overwhelmed. Self-awareness, self-adjustment, self-identity and the healthy development of economic and economic feedback is to improve their job satisfaction and avoid the key role of fatigue. To avoid its own difficult to get out of work, but also need to balance the family and work. CONCLUSIONS: The results of the above interviews support the view that current nurses urgently need to decompression. This result also provides a factual basis for nursing vocational education and nursing management in the future. The ultimate goal is to improve the harmony between nurses and patients.
