该文针对区域综合治理与开发过程中环境资源诊断,土地资源利用决策等问题,设计开发了一种通用的专家知识模型。该模型在功能上通过数据字典和专家规则把数据库和图形库联结起来,运算结果直接生成专题图和结果数据库,大幅度地提高了土地评价、资源诊断、土地利用规划等效率。设计过程中允许用户修改各项指标,增强了系统的灵活性,扩大了系统的应用范围,使模型在土壤侵蚀强度划分、土地适宜性评价、土地生产潜力评价、土地经济评价、土地利用规划等各个方面能够直接利用。
This paper designs and develops a common expert knowledge model for the problems of environmental resource diagnosis and land resource utilization decision-making in the process of comprehensive management and development in the region. The model functionally connects the database to the graphics library through the data dictionary and expert rules. The computation results directly generate the thematic maps and the results database, greatly improving the efficiency of land evaluation, resource diagnosis and land use planning. The design process allows users to modify the indicators to enhance the flexibility of the system and expand the scope of application of the system so that the model in the division of soil erosion intensity, land suitability assessment, land productivity evaluation, land economic evaluation, land use planning, etc. All aspects can be directly used.
