淫羊藿甙与大鼠卵泡颗粒细胞和肾上腺皮质细胞共育３ｈ后测定培养液中激素含量。结果：淫羊藿甙（３０～１０００μｇ／Ｌ）可促进卵泡颗粒细胞分泌雌二醇；仅在１０００μｇ／Ｌ时促进肾上腺皮质细胞分泌皮质酮
Epimedium was co-cultured with rat follicle granulosa cells and adrenocortical cells for 3 h and the hormone content in the culture fluid was measured. RESULTS: Epimedium (30-1000 μg/L) can promote the secretion of estradiol from follicular granule cells; Adrenocortical cells are stimulated to secrete corticosterone only at 1000 μg/L.
