在机器制造业中所采用的含氮不锈钢,是用合金化的渗氮铁合金制取的。在这种情况下测定氮是没有困难的。为改善渗氮的工艺方法和钢的质量,近年来开始采用了含10%的氮和7%的碳的渗氮复合铁合金,Fe-Mn-V,Fe-Mn-Si-V.在这些铁合金中,氮主要化合成碳氮化合物,因而用已知的方法测定氮是不可能的。我们拟定了测定上述铁合金中氮的方法。为了便于研究,我们使用了含有下列组份的试样
Nitrogen-containing stainless steels used in machine construction are made from alloyed nitrided iron alloys. In this case the determination of nitrogen is not difficult. In recent years, nitrided composite ferroalloy, Fe-Mn-V, Fe-Mn-Si-V containing 10% nitrogen and 7% carbon has been used to improve the nitriding process and the quality of steel. In the nitrogen, nitrogen is mainly synthesized into carbonitrides. Therefore, it is impossible to measure nitrogen by a known method.
