富含半胱氨酸蛋白61(CYR61/CCN1)在人体细胞中广泛表达,但在不同器官、细胞中表达存在明显差异,具有调节细胞外基质形成,影响细胞增殖、趋化、黏附、凋亡等作用,与骨形成、血管发生、组织炎症及修复密切相关,在肿瘤、心血管、发育领域研究深入。CCN1在类风湿性关节炎、干燥综合征、系统性硬化症、系统性红斑狼疮、骨关节炎等风湿病患者血清或组织中差异表达,参与介导炎症因子产生,炎细胞浸润,成纤维细胞样滑膜细胞增殖,软骨成熟、分化,血管生成等过程,与疾病活动度显著相关,且在不同机制信号通路中发挥作用。
