建筑的多功能、多用途使火灾探测器的应用环境变得日趋复杂,对产品的综合性能提出了更高的要求。针对特殊应用场所的特点,模拟和仿真探测器的应用环境,建立了一个集成平台对探测器的综合性能进行评估和测试。对总体方案和各部件单元的设计过程进行了论述。实际测试结果表明:系统达到预期设计目标,可以作为火灾仿真和探测器性能评估的专用工具,评估结果可以为产品改进和新产品开发提供帮助,也可以为工程评标和最终用户服务。
Multi-purpose and multi-purpose construction makes the application environment of fire detectors become more and more complicated, putting forward higher requirements on the comprehensive performance of products. According to the characteristics of special application place, the application environment of the simulation and simulation detector, an integrated platform was established to evaluate and test the comprehensive performance of the detector. The overall program and the design process of each component unit are discussed. The actual test results show that the system meets the expected design goals and can be used as a special tool for fire simulation and detector performance evaluation. The evaluation results can help with product improvement and new product development as well as engineering bid evaluation and end-user evaluation.
