目的:探讨英语语言循证教学系统评价理论体系建立的作用、意义和基本步骤,用于规范和指导英语语言教学和科研。方法:借鉴循证医学的做法,创建英语语言循证教学系统评价体系。结果:建立规范、实用的英语语言循证教学系统评价体系。结论:系统评价是一种科学的教学研究方法,由于它具有“系统”和“评价”的双重特征,因而与一般综述有本质的不同。系统评价的应用必将对英语语言教学和科研,以及对政府部门决策产生积极的影响。
Objective: To explore the function, meaning and basic steps of the establishment of the system of evaluation theory of English language evidence-based teaching to regulate and guide English language teaching and research. Methods: Based on the practice of evidence-based medicine, an evaluation system of English language evidence-based teaching system was established. Results: To establish a standardized and practical English language evidence-based teaching system evaluation system. CONCLUSIONS: Systematic review is a scientific method of teaching research that is essentially different from general reviews because of its dual characteristics of “system” and “evaluation.” The application of systematic reviews is bound to have a positive impact on English language teaching and research as well as on the decision-making of government departments.
