氧化锆氧传感器已经广泛地应用于汽车尾气排放反馈控制系统中。我们在发动机台架上对自制的氧化锆氧传感器进行了性能测试。得到并分析了传感器的升温激活时间、响应性能和电动势输出以及在不同波动频率下的波形图。结果表明,其能满足实际应用的要求。
Zirconia oxygen sensor has been widely used in automobile exhaust emissions feedback control system. We conducted a self-made zirconia oxygen sensor performance test on the engine bench. The temperature rise activation time, response performance and electromotive force output of the sensor were obtained and analyzed as well as the waveforms under different fluctuation frequencies. The results show that it can meet the practical application requirements.
