本实验研究了猪苓多糖对正常小鼠血液ANAE性淋巴细胞的影响。实验动物每天腹腔注射猪苓多糖2mg/0.2ml,连续七天,实验前、后取血涂片,用α-醋酸萘脂酶法,标记ANAE阳性T淋巴细胞,测定其百分率。实验结果表明:猪苓多糖对小鼠血液ANAE阳性T淋巴细胞总数无影响,对颗粒型阳性淋巴细胞有减少,而对分散型有显著增加现象。根据上述结果,本文讨论了猪苓多糖对细胞免疫的作用。
This experiment studied the effect of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide on blood ANAE lymphocytes in normal mice. Experimental animals were injected intraperitoneal with 2 mg/0.2 ml of swine fever polysaccharide for seven consecutive days. Blood smears were taken before and after the experiment, and ANAE-positive T lymphocytes were labeled with α-acetate naphthalene lipase to determine the percentage. The experimental results show that: Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide has no effect on the total number of ANAE-positive T-lymphocytes in mice blood, but decreases on granular positive lymphocytes, but has a significant increase on dispersion type. Based on the above results, this paper discusses the effect of polyporus polysaccharides on cellular immunity.
