项松茂,浙江宁波鄞县人,生于1880年,卒于1932年1月,为我国新药业先驱。幼读私塾,于14岁到苏州当学徒,1911年任上海五洲药房总经理后,将中国新药业发扬光大,曾多次到日本、欧美考察学习,引进制药先进技术。至1929年,项的企业横跨工商业众多领域,成为上海实业巨头之一。抗日战争爆发后,项松茂成立义勇军抗日,最后为国捐躯,年仅52岁。1931年“九·一八”事变爆发,东北三省全陷敌手,举国震惊,各地人民纷纷组织抗日救亡团体,支
Xiang Songmao, a native of Yinxian, Ningbo, Zhejiang, was born in 1880 and died in January 1932 as a pioneer of new medicine in China. Young private school, at the age of 14 as an apprentice in Suzhou, 1911 Shanghai Wuzhou pharmacy general manager, the Chinese new medicine flourish, has repeatedly to Japan, Europe and the United States study tours, the introduction of advanced pharmaceutical technology. By 1929, the businesses of the project spanned many areas of industry and commerce and became one of the industrial giants in Shanghai. After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, Xiang Songmao set up a volunteer army to resist Japan and eventually sacrificed its living for the country, at the age of 52. In 1931, the “September 18th” incident broke out and all three northeastern provinces fell into rivalries. As a result, the entire country was shocked.
