研究了用强阴离子交换柱富集和分离,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定卷烟辅料中镉,试样用微波加热消解。方法的相对标准偏差小于3.5%,标准回收率在96%~104%之间。
The strong anion exchange column was used to study the enrichment and separation of cadmium in cigarettes. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine cadmium in cigarette accessories. The sample was digested by microwave. The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 3.5% and the standard recovery is between 96% and 104%.
