职务犯罪上是指国家公职人员利用职务上的便利,滥用职权或者放弃职责、玩忽职守而危害国家机关正常活动及其公正、廉洁、高效的信誉,致使国家、集体和人民利益遭受重大损失的行为。职务犯罪已成为当今社会经济、文化、政治发展的阻力,是造成社会不稳定的主要因素,本文针对职务犯罪进行分析思考与防范对策。
Duty crime refers to the behavior of state officials, collectives and people suffering heavy losses caused by the use of official positions, the abuse of official functions or the abandonment of their duties, the neglect of their duties and the endangering of the normal activities of state organs and their just, honest and efficient prestige . Duty crime has become the resistance of economic, cultural and political development in today’s society. It is the main factor that causes social instability. This article analyzes and refutes the crime of job-related crimes.
