银镍合金触头在汽车仪表中的应用试验

目前国内外生产的汽车仪表及传感器中,有相当一部分使用银镉合金的触头。长期以来,银镉合金触头易烧蚀的问题一直没有很好解决,从而严重地影响了汽车仪表的精度和使用寿命。为此,人们相继进行了各种合金材料的试验研究。我厂与上海有关研究单位协作,在分析日本丰田汽车仪表触头材料的基础上,对银镍合金(即细晶银)触头在汽车仪表及传感器中进行了大量的试验,银镍合金触头比国内使用的银镉合金触头寿命提高二倍以上。 At present, domestic and foreign production of automotive instruments and sensors, a considerable part of the use of silver-cadmium alloy contacts. For a long time, the problem of easy ablation of silver-cadmium alloy contacts has not been well resolved, thus seriously affecting the accuracy and service life of automotive instruments. To this end, people have conducted a variety of experimental studies of alloy materials. Based on the analysis of TOYOTA instrument contact materials, our factory cooperated with relevant research institutes in Shanghai and carried out a large number of tests on silver-nickel alloy (fine grain silver) contacts in automobile instruments and sensors. The silver-nickel alloy contact Head than the domestic use of silver-cadmium alloy contact life more than doubled.
