遵循引进、移植、组合、创新并举和借用已有成果,提出生态价值当量(E)、主导生态功能权重(wi)等崭新的概念,采用层次分析法(AHP),结合已经确定的不同森林类型的主导功能,计算得到10种不同森林类型的主导生态功能权重,并进一步计算得到10种不同森林类型的生态价值当量值,用于生态价值损失额的计量。此外,为了更为准确合理地反映林木的生态价值损失量,提出以“生态区位价值系数(Ke)”为调整值,对生长不同生态区位的林木的生态价值损失额予以调整和修正。遵循“森林覆盖率越高,生态区位价值系数越小;反之亦然”原理,以北京地区各区县的行政区划为尺度,根据北京各区县森林覆盖率的大小,确定区县尺度上的生态区位价值系数,不仅可以为林木损失额的计量提高准确度和可操作性,而且还可以为北京市城市生态敏感区的划分提供参考和依据。
Following the introduction, transplant, combination, innovation and borrowing existing achievements, this paper puts forward new concepts such as ecological value equivalent (E) and dominant ecological function weight (wi). By using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), combined with the different forest types , The dominant ecological function weights of 10 different forest types were calculated and the ecological equivalent values of 10 different forest types were further calculated to measure the loss of ecological value. In addition, in order to more accurately and reasonably reflect the loss of ecological value of forest trees, we propose to adjust and correct the loss of ecological value of forest trees growing in different ecological zones by using “Ke” as the adjustment value. Following the principle of “the higher the forest coverage rate is, the smaller the value coefficient of eco-location value is and vice versa”, taking the administrative divisions of all districts and counties in Beijing as a yardstick, according to the size of forest coverage in all districts and counties in Beijing, The eco-location value coefficient can not only improve the accuracy and maneuverability of measuring the amount of forest loss, but also provide reference and basis for the division of urban eco-sensitive area in Beijing.
