教师成长档案袋是在教师的重新发现、学校课程的发展以及学校管理的转型等背景下出现的新事物。教师成长档案袋是专业成长的一种记录方式,也是专业成长的一种评价方式。它可以成为一种学习工具,可以成为一种激励手段,也可以成为一种管理方法,更可以成为教师体验专业成长的一个途径。可以说,使用教师成长档案袋是捕捉实践智慧的需要,是实现多元评价的需要,是教学问题诊断的需要,更是形成教学风格的需要。本期刊发上海市洋泾中学南校有关教师成长档案袋的系列实践与探索成果,以期对广大中小学有所启发。
Teacher Growth Portfolio is a new phenomenon emerging in the context of teacher rediscovery, the development of school curricula, and the transformation of school management. Teacher Growth Portfolio is a professional growth record, but also a professional evaluation of growth. It can be a learning tool, an incentive, an approach to management, and a way for teachers to experience professional growth. It can be said that the use of teacher growth portfolio is the need to capture the wisdom of practice, is the need to achieve multiple evaluation, is the diagnosis of teaching problems, but also the need to form a teaching style. This issue of the Shanghai Yang Jing Middle School South School teachers portfolio files on the growth of the practice and exploration results, with a view to the majority of primary and secondary schools inspired.
