目的研究分析纳米碳在甲状腺癌手术中对甲状旁腺保护的作用。方法随机在本院进行甲状腺癌手术治疗的患者中抽取92例作为研究对象,所有研究对象入院时间为2014年10月至2016年10月,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组均为46例,其中,直接采用根治术来治疗对照组患者,而观察组患者则现在患侧甲状腺中注入纳米碳,约10 min后再进行甲状腺病灶和Ⅳ区颈淋巴结清扫术,进行病理学检查,对观察组黑染组织、非黑染组织和对照组淋巴结总数、淋巴结转移数进行计数,查看两组患者甲状旁腺误切情况。结果观察组患者黑染淋巴结数量高于对照组淋巴结清除数量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组甲状旁腺误切率以及暂时性和永久性甲状旁腺机能减退率均低于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米碳在甲状腺癌手术中能很好地保护甲状旁腺,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of nanocarbon on the parathyroid gland in thyroid cancer surgery. Methods Ninety-two patients randomly selected from our hospital for thyroid cancer surgery were enrolled. All subjects were admitted from October 2014 to October 2016. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table , Each group was 46 cases, of which, the direct use of radical surgery to treat patients in the control group, while patients in the observation group is now injected into the ipsilateral thyroid nanocarbon, thyroid lesions and neck lymph node dissection after about 10 min, Pathological examination was performed to count the number of lymph nodes and the number of lymph node metastases in black staining, non-black staining and control in the observation group, and to check the parathyroid glands in both groups. Results The number of black stained lymph nodes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The false positive rate of parathyroid glands and the rate of temporary and permanent hypoparathyroidism in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group The control group, the data was statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Nanocarbon can protect the parathyroid gland in the operation of thyroid cancer. It has high clinical value and is worth popularizing.
