目的 应用鼻唇沟皮瓣整复口腔颌面部软组织缺损并观察其疗效。方法 应用鼻唇沟皮瓣修复口腔颌面部组织缺损共计 4 7例。其中口底 12例 ,下颌牙龈 7例 ,鼻翼、鼻旁 8例 ,全下唇 7例 ,颊部 5例 ,下睑及上唇各 4例 ;以下方为蒂 31例 ,以上方为蒂 16例 ;单侧皮瓣 30例 ,双侧皮瓣 17例。皮瓣面积 1.8～ 3.5cm× 3～ 7cm不等。结果 4 7例患者术后皮瓣全部存活 ,效果较好。结论 鼻唇沟皮瓣整复口腔颌面部轻、中度软组织缺损具有操作简单 ,皮瓣成活率高的优点 ,值得推广应用。
Objective To reconstruct the soft tissue defect of oral maxillofacial region by nasolabial fold flap and observe its curative effect. Methods A total of 47 cases of oral and maxillofacial defects were treated with nasolabial skin flap. There were 12 cases of mouth bottom, 7 cases of mandibular gingiva, 8 cases of nose and nose, 7 cases of total lower lip, 5 cases of cheek, 4 cases of lower eyelid and upper lip respectively. 30 cases of unilateral flaps and 17 cases of bilateral flaps. Flap area of 1.8 ~ 3.5cm × 3 ~ 7cm range. Results 47 cases of patients with all survived flap surgery, the effect is better. Conclusions The nasolabial flap can reconstruct the mild and moderate soft tissue defects of oral and maxillofacial region with the advantages of simple operation and high survival rate of the flap, which is worth popularizing and applying.
