显微照相在生物学的教学和科研中是一种重要的实验手段,中学生物课的教学实验也应当利用这种手段,把在显微镜中看到的标本像,用显微照相的方法拍摄出来,供教师和学生学习观察,分析研究。但目前在一般的中学里,没有显微照相的仪器,无法把显微镜下的实验效果快速的拍摄下来。 为了解决在没有显微照相仪器的条件下,也能让学生更加直观和深入的认识生物组织的微观构造及细胞内部的微细结构,更好地提高生物教学实验的效果,我们试用两种简易的显微照相方法,很适合中学使用,方法简便易行,效果比较好,具体方法简述如下。 一、用自制“照相盒”和印相纸作显微照相法
