每当人们谈及健康或健美都离不开运动。是不是所有运动都能促进健康呢?是不是运动越剧烈,运动中出汗越多,运动后感到腰酸腿疼就效果越好呢?显然不是。百米赛跑、举重等时间短、强度大,需要爆发力的竞争性运动为“无氧代谢运动”,在运动中我们的心肺即便竭尽全力,也不能满足机体对氧需要量的急剧增加,因而主要以无氧运动方式给机体提供能量。并且在剧烈运动时,为了保证四肢肌肉的血氧供给,人体的重要脏器脑、肝、肾等把各自的血液挤出来以供急需,使自身处于缺血缺氧状态,一旦运动突然终止,血液回灌这些重要脏器,导致“再灌注”而产生大量氧自由基,对健康
