在社会主义市场经济下作为生产特殊商品的黄金企业,要发展规模经济,既面临新的挑战,又有着良好的发展机遇。这表现在: 一是国家调整了以价格改革为主要标志的黄金政策。将黄金固定定价方式改为浮动定价方式,黄金收购价格按低于国际金价10％的水平制定,黄金的配售价格与国际金价一致,并以国家外汇管理局公布的外汇调剂市场加权平均价换算人民币;对黄金地质勘探资料实行有偿使用。这将有利于提高黄金资源的利用程度,延长矿山服务年限,充分发挥黄金企业的生产积极性,加速资金的周转和筹措。
Under the socialist market economy, as a gold enterprise that produces special commodities, developing scale economy faces both new challenges and good opportunities for development. This is reflected in the following: First, the state has adjusted the gold policy featuring price reform as its main symbol. The fixed price of gold will be changed to floating pricing. The price of gold shall be set at a level below 10% of the international price of gold. The placing price of gold is in line with the international gold price, and be converted into RMB at the weighted average price of the foreign exchange swap market announced by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange ; Paid for the use of gold geological exploration data. This will be conducive to improving the utilization of gold resources, extending the service life of mines, giving full play to the enthusiasm of the gold producers and speeding up the circulation and financing of funds.
