旧报纸制浆脱墨中产生的溶解和胶体物质(即DCS)会影响纸机系统的正常运行和纸张质量。因此,研究废纸制浆过程中DCS的释放机理,分析其化学组分,有利于更好地利用废纸资源、节约能源和保护环境。此次实验探讨了不同的化学方法处理旧报纸时对产生DCS的影响,并利用GC-MS分析技术对产生的DCS物质进行定性及定量测定和表征。结果表明,DCS主要由碳水化合物及其降解物、抽出物和木素组成,其中比例较大的是碳水化合物,而且,在用含氢氧化钠和过氧化氢的化学方法处理废纸制浆的过程中,碳水化合物更易于降解,从而影响废纸成浆率。
The dissolution and colloidal matter (ie, DCS) produced in the deinking of old newspapers pulps can affect the normal operation of the paper machine system and the quality of the paper. Therefore, to study the release mechanism of DCS during the paper pulping process and to analyze its chemical components is beneficial to making better use of waste paper resources, saving energy and protecting the environment. This experiment explored the impact of different chemical processes on the production of DCS when used in old newspapers and the qualitative and quantitative determination and characterization of the resulting DCS material using GC-MS analysis techniques. The results showed that DCS mainly consisted of carbohydrates and their degradation products, extractives and lignin, with a large proportion of them being carbohydrates. In addition, DCS was used to treat waste paper pulp with chemical methods that include sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide During the process, carbohydrates more easily degraded, thus affecting the rate of waste paper pulp.
