目的:探讨多发伤合并主动脉夹层的早期诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析急诊1例多发伤合并主动脉夹层患者的诊治过程并文献复习。结果与结论:虽经积极救治,患者仍死亡。多发伤合并主动脉夹层容易漏诊,且漏诊对患者可造成灾难性的后果。急诊科医师应仔细查体,完善各项必要检查,在最短的时间内做出准确的诊断,使患者得到及时治疗,降低死亡率。 Objective: To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of multiple injuries with aortic dissection. Methods: A retrospective analysis of emergency diagnosis and treatment of multiple injuries in patients with aortic dissection and literature review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The patient died despite active treatment. Multiple injuries with aortic dissection are easily missed, and misdiagnosis can have disastrous consequences for the patient. Emergency physicians should be carefully examined, to improve the necessary checks, in the shortest possible time to make accurate diagnosis, so that patients receive timely treatment and reduce mortality.
